We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom only.
Pet Necessity works with trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners to deliver pet products directly to our customers. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, including weight, size, and courier requirements.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, where stock is available.
If an item is unavailable or there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery is usually completed within 2–5 working days after dispatch, but this may vary depending on supplier availability, courier demand, location, and the size or weight of the items ordered.
Large or heavy products may require specialist courier handling and may take slightly longer to arrive.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
As some of our products are large or heavy, shipping costs may vary depending on the product weight, parcel size, and courier service required.
UK Delivery Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Split Deliveries
Some orders may be sent in more than one parcel or from more than one fulfilment partner. If this happens, your items may arrive separately.
You will not be charged extra delivery fees after checkout unless we contact you first and you agree to any change.
Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, additional delivery charges may apply.
